An Account Manager in Creative Excellence is primarily responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing key client accounts
Key responsibilities include:
Business Development
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
- Implement business development strategies initiated by senior management.
- Collaborate in the proposal and pitching processes contributing to research design and pricing with final revisions by line manager.
- Successfully develop cross-selling initiatives into new projects.
- Promote Ipsos marketing materials and maintain up-to-date knowledge of them.
Client Relationship
- Manage and cultivate existing client relationships to strengthen ties and foster growth.
- Contribute to the development and pitching of research solutions tailored to existing clients.
Project Management
- Ensure the successful delivery of research projects on time and within budget meeting client satisfaction.
- Develop efficient project processes particularly for large-scale projects to optimize time and cost savings.
- Manage project teams financials client communications suppliers and research material approvals.
- Uphold quality standards and ISO compliance.
