Job Summary
Ontime Healthcare is on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager to lead our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing fit-out projects within the UAE and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project schedules budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with clients designers and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the interior fit-out industry specifically within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes construction practices and materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead project teams.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards relevant to interior fit-out projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
