Your Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting insights from complex datasets building predictive models and supporting data-driven decision-making across manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities of this role:
- Collect clean and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Develop and implement statistical models machine learning algorithms and data mining techniques.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends patterns and anomalies.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor model performance and update models as needed.
- Document methodologies experiments and results for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Your Profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics preferably in a manufacturing context.
- Proficiency in Python R SQL and machine learning libraries (e.g. scikit-learn TensorFlow).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or matplotlib.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis predictive modeling and data wrangling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS GCP) and big data technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
