Coordinate with engineers contractors subcontractors and project managers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor Site Supervisor or Civil Supervisor
Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and safety regulations
Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans
Knowledge of HSE compliance and UAE building regulations
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
Experience in residential commercial or infrastructure construction projects
Certification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent preferred)
UAE construction project experience is highly preferred
