Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support Core and Angular-based applications.
- Investigate and resolve production issues related to application logic data performance and integrations.
- Support microservices-based systems including Kafka message flows.
- Analyze logs and metrics using azure analytics to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with architects developers and DevOps teams on issue resolution and fixes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders during incident handling and RCA.
- Prior banking applications experience is a plus

- Backend support: .NET Core 6 Entity Framework
- Frontend awareness: Angular 8
- Database: Azure MS SQL MI (strong query and data analysis skills)
- Unit Testing familiarity: NUnit
- Unit Testing familiarity: Postman and Curl
- Architecture: Microservices with choreography pattern and CQRS
- Messaging: Kafka and Redhat AMQ
- Monitoring and logging: Azure analytics and insights
- Cache : Redis
- NoSQL : Cosmos
- IDAM : Keyclock
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
