We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support contract management and administration activities across a complex large scale infrastructure programme.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration within design and or construction projects
Familiarity with contract terms commercial procedures and document management processes
Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable
Middle East particularly UAE experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Support administration of contracts in accordance with project requirements
Maintain contract records correspondence and documentation
Assist in processing variations claims and contractual communications
Monitor contractual obligations deliverables and key milestones
Coordinate with commercial legal and project teams on contract related matters
Prepare reports on contract status risks and issues
Ensure compliance with contractual procedures and governance requirements
Qualifications :
Degree in Engineering Quantity Surveying Law Business Administration or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
