Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Specialist - HVAC to join our team you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for HVAC systems ensuring efficient and accurate design processes.
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for HVAC systems using Revit and other BIM software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate MEP systems and perform clash detection
- Create detailed shop drawings and construction documents for HVAC installations
- Conduct energy analysis and simulations to optimize HVAC system performance
- Ensure compliance with building codes standards and project specifications
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on BIM and HVAC systems
- Continuously improve BIM processes and standards within the organization
- Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices for HVAC design
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in engineering
