General PA VIP Family
Job Summary
Apt Resources is currently looking for a General Personal Assistant (PA) to support a VIP Family in Abu Dhabi. This unique position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the family including calendar management appointment scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate household activities including staff management event planning and daily logistics.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested ensuring a smooth and efficient daily operation.
- Act as a liaison between the family and external contacts including vendors service providers and guests.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support the family in various personal and social engagements including organizing events and coordinating activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant administrative role preferably with experience supporting high-profile individuals or families.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity capable of handling confidential information securely.
- Proficient in using office software including MS Office Suite and mobile applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands.
- Valid drivers license is preferred.
Benefits
Salary: AED 25000 to AED 30000
