We are seeking a Site Supervision Electrical Engineer to oversee and monitor all on-site electrical works for a large mixed use / residential development project. The role will ensure that power lighting ELV and associated electrical systems are executed in compliance with approved drawings specifications local authority regulations and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect electrical installations including power distribution lighting earthing lightning protection and ELV systems (CCTV access control structured cabling fire alarm).
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings specifications and method statements.
- Review shop drawings material submittals and technical documentation.
- Monitor contractor progress workmanship and quality compliance.
- Coordinate with mechanical civil and architectural teams to resolve site interface issues.
- Witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Attend progress meetings and prepare inspection and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local authority regulations.

- Strong coordination reporting and stakeholder management skills.
