- 5 years of experience operating Bobst Flat Die machines or similar - Strong technical knowledge of flat die preparation and troubleshooting - Proven leadership experience managing machine operators/helpers - Understanding of autonomous and preventive maintenance processes - Computer literacy; experience with shopfloor ERP systems is an advantage - Diploma in Engineering Printing Technology or related field
