RequirementsConfiguration Engineer

We are seeking a detail oriented Requirements / Configuration Engineer to support requirements management and configuration control activities on a complex large scale infrastructure programme.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements management and or configuration control within design and or construction projects

• Familiarity with requirements traceability change control processes and document management systems

• Strong analytical and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams

• Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable

• Middle East particularly UAE experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requirements capture analysis tracking and verification activities

• Maintain configuration control of project documentation baselines and changes

• Support requirements traceability across design procurement and delivery phases

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical requirements

• Monitor and report on requirement compliance and configuration status

• Assist in managing change requests and impact assessments across the programme

Qualifications :

Degree in Engineering Systems Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
