About the Role

Richkey is seeking a Content Growth Manager to lead and scale our content function from an operational and management perspective.

This role is focused on people management systems and performance. The successful candidate will oversee content teams define workflows and ensure consistent high-quality output aligned with business objectives. Please do not apply if you do not have experience in Citizenship by investment Industry.

Core Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define and maintain RichKeys brand voice and tone
Develop authority-building and trust-driven content
Align marketing communication with business goals and campaigns
Ensure consistency across all digital platforms

2. Content Strategy & Creation

Brainstorm and execute branding content
Develop educational authority and community-driven content
Write scripts captions and storytelling sequences
Create campaign narratives for project launches and offers
Develop long-form and short-form content structures

3. Copywriting Ownership

Reels & TikTok hooks
Video scripts
Carousel and post copy
CTA frameworks
Campaign messaging

4. Social Media Management & Publishing

Manage and grow presence on:

Instagram
TikTok
LinkedIn
YouTube (Shorts & Community)
X (Twitter) if relevant

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling & publishing
Caption optimization per platform
Hashtag and hook strategy
Thumbnail direction
Platform formatting
Performance tracking

Requirements

35 years experience in digital marketing content strategy or social media management
Must have Citizenship by investment experience
Arabic speakers only
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
Deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends
