Job Overview

As a Gardener you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our grounds. You will be responsible for planting cultivating and maintaining various types of flora that align with our commitment to sustainability and excellence in hospitality. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and staff alike.
We offer a competitive salary range of 4500 - 5500 AED monthly along with a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development in the gardening and hospitality sectors.
Responsibilities
- Plant cultivate and maintain flowers shrubs and trees
- Monitor plant health and provide necessary care
- Design and implement garden layouts and landscaping
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Assist in the planning and execution of garden projects
- Implement sustainable gardening practices
- Collaborate with team members to enhance outdoor aesthetics
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of garden areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for gardening and horticulture
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
