Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of contract documents
- Maintain contract files and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
- Coordinate with project managers and legal teams regarding contract issues
- Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve any contractual disputes
- Prepare reports and summaries related to contracts and project status
- Support the negotiation of contract terms with vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or a related field
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with construction industry practices is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
