The Mission
We are recruiting a high-caliber nursing professional to join a private medical detail aboard a mega-yacht. Your primary responsibility is the dedicated 1:1 supervision of an 80-year-old VIP principal. While the recruitment hub is global the vessels itinerary for the upcoming season focuses on the Eastern Mediterranean specifically the Greek Cyclades (Mykonos Santorini) and the Turquoise Coast of Turkey (Bodrum Göcek). You will ensure continuity of care in a luxury maritime setting blending clinical vigilance with the hospitality standards expected of a seven-star environment.
The Team
You will integrate into a fully staffed medical department designed to support high-acuity needs at sea:
Lead British Doctor: Provides clinical governance and remote/on-site oversight.
Physiotherapy Team: On-board specialists handling daily mobility and physical therapy.
Western-Trained Nursing Cadre: You will work alongside peers with similar acute-care backgrounds.
The Safety
To guarantee patient safety and practitioner well-being this position strictly adheres to a Double-Nurse Shift System. This ensures you are never working in isolation and always have the support of a counterpart for handover breaks and clinical second opinions.
The Process
Phase 1: CV and Credential Review.
Phase 2: Comprehensive Online Interview (Secure Video Link).
Phase 3: Contract offer and deployment logistics. (No travel is required for the interview stage).

Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western accredited university.
Experience: 4 years post-graduate experience in ICU ER or A&E (Acute Care) is mandatory.
Language: Native English speaker or certified C1 proficiency.
Capability: Proven ability to manage complex geriatric care while adapting to the protocols of a private superyacht.
