Senior Cost Control Engineer
Job Summary
- Develop implement and maintain project cost control systems and procedures.
- Prepare detailed cost reports forecasts and variance analyses.
- Monitor project budgets commitments expenditures and forecasts.
- Analyze project performance (CPI SPI earned value analysis) and provide recommendations.
- Review and approve subcontractors and suppliers invoices and variations.
- Support management in identifying risks deviations and potential cost savings.
- Coordinate with planning procurement and commercial departments to ensure cost alignment.
- Participate in budget preparation tender evaluation and project closing reports.
- Provide monthly cost reports and presentations to management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control in construction/infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in cost management software and ERP systems (e.g. Xpedeon SAP Oracle).
- Strong analytical reporting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting forecasting and earned value management.
- PMP CCP or RICS certification is an advantage.
