About the Role
Were looking for a Head of Data & Analytics Strategy to shape the agencys data vision translating analytics into actionable growth strategies for clients. Youll lead the use of data as a creative and strategic asset across all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks.
Drive the integration of data strategy into media planning and performance measurement.
Partner with client teams to identify business opportunities through data insights.
Oversee dashboards predictive models and attribution frameworks.
Collaborate with data engineering and tech teams to enable scalable solutions.
Mentor analysts and strategists to elevate the agencys data literacy.
Requirements
1215 years of experience in data strategy analytics or marketing science.
Proven success translating data into strategic narratives and business outcomes.
Strong understanding of media measurement econometrics and digital analytics tools.
Experience leading analytics teams within agencies or consultancies.
Excellent stakeholder management visualization and communication skills.
