Role Summary
This role sits within the Regional Retail Media Partnerships team and is responsible for managing and growing retail media partnerships with packaged goods personal care frozen and household brands. You will act as a trusted partner helping them leverage talabats retail media and data solutions to drive category growth brand visibility and measurable business impact.
Whats On Your Plate
Partner Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with packaged goods personal care frozen and household suppliers distributors and agencies to maximize engagement with talabats retail media solutions.
Category Growth: Support brands in scaling their business on talabat by developing tailored advertising and data-driven strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
Insights & Data Monetization: Drive adoption of talabats data tools and translate insights into actionable recommendations that fuel brand growth.
Campaign Excellence: Become a product and solutions expert ensuring campaigns are optimized to deliver high ROAS brand visibility and category impact.
Commercial Collaboration: Partner closely with Talabat Mart and Local Market commercial teams to align media activations with trade calendars launches and promotional initiatives.
Business Development: Identify opportunities close new media partnerships and expand existing relationships to grow adoption of retail media solutions.
Product Feedback: Share structured insights with product teams to help develop solutions tailored to packaged goods and personal care categories.
Activation Ownership: Oversee execution of partner activations across talabats media and marketing channels ensuring operational excellence.
Market Alignment: Work with local and regional teams to align on account priorities track progress and step in with intervention when needed.
Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of trends in packaged goods household and personal care to position talabat as a thought leader and strategic partner.
Knowledge Sharing: Build an internal network to share best practices scale learnings and enable cross-market collaboration.
What Did We Order
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
5 years of experience in FMCG retail media or tech
Experience managing CPG accounts especially in packaged goods frozen household or personal care categories.
Background in e-commerce or retail media is a plus.
Proven track record of delivering against commercial or media performance targets.
Strong stakeholder management skills across brands agencies and internal teams.
Excellent data storytelling skills with advanced Excel (Looker/Tableau experience a plus).
Confident communicator and presenter capable of engaging senior stakeholders and agency partners.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
Highly organized detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
