Job Title: EV Specialist

Role Overview

The EV Specialist is responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining electric vehicle high-voltage systems while ensuring safety precision and compliance with OEM standards.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair EV systems including batteries BMS inverters converters traction motors and REEV components

Perform HV safety procedures isolation testing CAN diagnostics and fault analysis using OEM tools

Execute software updates firmware flashing and ECU calibration

Conduct battery health checks monitor SOH/SOC and maintain cooling systems

Ensure compliance with high-voltage safety standards and workshop protocols

Support telematics OTA diagnostics and ECU communication troubleshooting

Train technicians on EV systems and safety practices

Prepare diagnostic service and warranty documentation

Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with EV high-voltage systems and diagnostics

Knowledge of OEM procedures BMS power electronics and safety compliance

Ability to troubleshoot complex EV faults and support workshop teams
