Job Summary
Ontime Healthcare is actively seeking a talented Barista who can join our team immediately. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service in a dynamic and friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages teas and other drinks with skill and precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience for all clients and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the coffee station and dining area
- Manage inventory of coffee products and supplies placing orders as needed
- Keep abreast of coffee trends and techniques to enhance beverage quality
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure product quality
- Assist with food preparation and service when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a related customer service role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee drinks and preparation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
