Key Responsibilities
- Set up program and operate CNC machines including lathes mills and routers
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and CAD/CAM designs
- Monitor CNC machine operation to ensure accuracy quality and efficiency
- Perform quality inspections using precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers
- Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues to maintain product standards
- Maintain CNC machines tools and the work area according to safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize production processes
- Follow UAE construction safety and industrial regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator Machine Operator or CNC Machinist
- Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code M-code) and machine operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of safety procedures and preventive machine maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering CNC Machining or Fabrication
- Experience in construction-related fabrication or industrial manufacturing
- Familiarity with advanced CNC software and CAD/CAM tools
