Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Arabic-speaking volunteer ushers to support our upcoming event from 13th - 18th July 2025 . As an usher you will be the face of the event welcoming guests assisting with directions ensuring smooth seating arrangements and providing general support all while ensuring Arabic-speaking attendees feel comfortable and well-informed.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and guide guests upon arrival.
Assist with checking tickets and directing attendees to appropriate seating.
Provide information and respond to guest inquiries in Arabic and English.
Support crowd control and flow within the event space.
Help ensure safety procedures are followed.
Assist with any special needs or requests from guests.
Coordinate with the event team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken).
Friendly approachable and confident in engaging with diverse guests.
Punctual and reliable.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Previous ushering or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
