Job Summary
Job Title: Maintenance Planning Officer Civil

Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
-
1012 years of relevant maintenance experience
-
Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas industry as a Planning Engineer in I&C maintenance
Job Description & Responsibilities:
-
Assist in developing annual maintenance budgets for offshore facilities analyzing historical data current asset conditions and forecasting future maintenance needs
-
Collaborate with respective sections to prioritize expenditures optimize resource allocation and ensure cost-effective planning
-
Identify training needs for Civil section staff and implement approved on-the-job training programs
-
Support Planning Engineer in maintaining training records and timely delivery of training plans
-
Establish competency measurement methods (e.g. Round Robin) to evaluate team skills knowledge and abilities
-
Monitor stock and usage levels of spares consumables and materials ensuring timely replenishment
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to optimizing asset performance and operational reliability
