We are seeking a vibrant and innovative Marketing Intern with a passion for hospitality to join our team. If you thrive on delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to dive into the dynamic world of hotel marketing this role is for you. Under the guidance of our Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in implementing sales and marketing strategies across our diverse offerings including rooms residences spa pool fitness facilities restaurants bars and sustainability initiatives.
What will I be doing
As a Marketing Intern you will work closely with our Marketing Manager implementing sales and marketing strategies across our diverse offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of our hotels unique selling points amenities and services as well as those of our competitors.
- Collaborate closely with sales food and beverage events and spa teams to promote special offers events and occasions.
- Maintain and clean up the photo and video bank for the hotel and its facilities.
- Maintain and enhance our Account & Contact Database by collecting and auditing data regularly.
- Proactively build and nurture customer relationships through various sales and marketing activities including email campaigns.
- Utilize WhatsApp and email to engage guests with promotions and updates.
- Ensure prompt responses to all guest inquiries within 24 hours.
- Uphold a positive attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
- Monitor the revenue and business production of your assigned portfolio providing end-of-month reports.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to amplify our online presence through increased reviews and engaging social media content including photos videos and Instagram stories.
- Provide valuable insights to the Marketing Manager on evolving marketing trends competitive analysis and innovative selling strategies.
- Participate in relevant Training and Development programs as recommended by senior management.
