Hiring Now: Talent Acquisition Lead Contract Role
Location: Ras Al Khaimah UAE
Contract Duration: 6 months
Industry Focus: Real Estate Construction Engineering

Were currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead for a leading group in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a contractual role focused on building talent pipelines and leading a high-impact TA team within Real Estate Construction and Engineering verticals.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor a small TA team (23 members)
- Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Partner closely with business leaders to deliver on strategic hiring plans
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and technical functions
What Were Looking For:
- 812 years of solid Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven team leadership capabilities
- Industry exposure in Real Estate Construction or Engineering
- Fluency in Arabic is a must
- Arabic-speaking females are highly encouraged to apply
