Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a recent graduate you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to real-world projects while working alongside experienced professionals in the field of geotechnical engineering.
- Assist in conducting site investigations and soil testing procedures
- Analyze and interpret geotechnical data to support engineering design decisions
- Contribute to the preparation of geotechnical reports and recommendations
- Participate in foundation design and analysis for various construction projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex engineering projects
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and geotechnical modeling software for project work
- Support senior engineers in project management and client communication
- Stay updated on industry trends local regulations and best practices in geotechnical engineering
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited institution
- UAE national (UAE Nationals with Family Book only)
- Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in soil mechanics and foundation design concepts
- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and geotechnical modeling tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Understanding of local geological conditions in the UAE (preferred)
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations (preferred)
