Job Summary
Restore Talent Solutions is expanding its network of experienced freelance Personal Effectiveness Trainers to deliver high-impact professional development programmes across the UAE and GCC.
We are seeking facilitators who specialise in essential workplace soft skills helping professionals strengthen productivity resilience communication emotional intelligence critical thinking and executive presence.
Trainers will be engaged on a project basis to deliver workshops from the RTS Personal Development catalogue supporting client teams across all levels in todays dynamic hybrid workplace.
Key Training Areas Covered
Freelance trainers may be assigned to facilitate one or more of the following programmes:
Self & Time Management (Productivity and Focus)
Stress Management and Workplace Wellbeing
Developing Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Assertiveness Skills and Handling Difficult Situations
Emotional Intelligence for Professionals and Leaders
Active Listening Skills
Professional Body Language and Presence
Resilience & Adaptability in a Changing Workplace
Mindfulness & Wellbeing for Professionals
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
Creativity & Innovation Skills
Building Personal Brand & Executive Presence
Decision-Making Under Pressure
Managing Hybrid & Remote Work Effectively
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging professional skills and personal effectiveness workshops for corporate clients
Facilitate interactive sessions using self-assessments role plays and workplace scenarios
Support participants in improving productivity communication confidence and resilience
Adapt delivery to diverse audiences from frontline employees to senior leaders
Ensure practical application through action planning and behavioural tools
Represent Restore Talent Solutions professionally during client engagements
Provide delivery feedback and recommendations when required
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience delivering corporate soft skills and professional development training
Strong facilitation presentation and group engagement capability
Expertise in areas such as communication EQ resilience wellbeing or decision-making
Ability to deliver training in multicultural GCC business environments
Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Preferred Experience
Coaching or facilitation certifications (ICF ILM CIPD ATD etc.)
Experience delivering wellbeing resilience or executive presence programmes
Background in leadership development organisational development or corporate L&D
Ability to deliver multiple programmes across the RTS Personal Development portfolio
