Job Summary

Restore Talent Solutions is expanding its network of experienced freelance Software & Digital Skills Trainers to deliver high-impact corporate digital capability programmes across the UAE and GCC.

We are seeking facilitators with strong expertise in modern workplace tools business intelligence AI productivity applications and digital collaboration platforms. Trainers will support RTS client engagements by delivering hands-on practical workshops that enable professionals to improve productivity reporting and digital confidence.

This opportunity is ideal for freelance trainers who want consistent corporate delivery assignments through RTSs growing training portfolio.

Key Training Areas Covered

Freelance trainers may be assigned to facilitate one or more of the following programmes:

• Excel for Data-Driven Decisions (Power Query Dashboards Integration with BI)
  

• Impactful Presentation Skills with PowerPoint 365
  

• Power BI Fundamentals (Data Modelling Dashboards Publishing Reports)
  

• Microsoft Teams Mastery (Channels Governance Workflow Automation)
  

• AI in the Workplace: Productivity with Copilot & ChatGPT
  

• Cybersecurity Awareness for the Digital Professional
  

• Google Workspace Productivity (Sheets Docs Slides)
  

• Digital Collaboration Tools (Trello Asana Slack)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging software and digital productivity training workshops for corporate clients
  

• Facilitate hands-on sessions using live demonstrations guided exercises and workplace scenarios
  

• Support professionals in adopting tools such as Excel 365 Power BI Teams AI copilots and collaboration platforms
  

• Train participants on practical workflows dashboards automation and digital best practices
  

• Adapt delivery for mixed technical ability levels across diverse GCC audiences
  

• Represent Restore Talent Solutions professionally during client engagements
  

• Provide post-session feedback and practical improvement recommendations
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering corporate digital skills or software training
  

• Strong facilitation classroom engagement and communication capability
  

• Expertise in one or more digital domains: Microsoft 365 BI AI tools cybersecurity awareness or collaboration platforms
  

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical professionals
  

• Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft certifications (Excel Power BI Teams Data Analytics)
  

• Experience delivering digital transformation enablement programmes
  

• Background training enterprise or government clients
  

• Ability to facilitate multiple programmes across the RTS digital catalogue
