Job Summary
IIQAF Group is hiring a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support inventory control and asset management operations within our insurance sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in tracking recording and maintaining accurate inventory data ensuring compliance with insurance audit asset control and documentation standards.
This role is suitable for candidates experienced in inventory management stock control data entry and administrative support in corporate or insurance environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in inventory tracking stock verification and record maintenance
- Maintain accurate asset registers inventory logs and documentation
- Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory and update systems accordingly
- Support internal audits insurance asset checks and compliance reporting
- Coordinate with procurement finance and operations teams
- Perform data entry using inventory management systems or ERP software
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or shortages
- Ensure proper storage labeling and organization of inventory items
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Inventory Assistant Inventory Clerk or Stock Controller
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and data entry processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of insurance operations or corporate asset management
- Proficiency in MS Excel ERP or inventory software
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance companies corporate offices or financial services
- Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance documentation
- Diploma or bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or Accounting
