We are seeking a proactive customer-focused Sales Specialist to manage maintenance customers through phone-based engagement ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. This role also plays a key part in supporting our sales teams by generating and qualifying leads driving business growth and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive outbound and inbound telesales activities with core customers
Convert maintenance contracts renegotiate renewals and promote digital services and repair campaigns
Build strong customer relationships and proactively generate leads for the wider sales team
Prevent cancellations and manage expiring or suspended contracts
Handle customer queries and complaints in close coordination with internal teams
Support collections in partnership with Finance
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for field sales teams
Capture market and competitor insights
Maintain accurate CRM data and monitor customer satisfaction levels
Coordinate with technicians and supervisors on technical matters and commercial opportunities.
Are you the one
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Minimum of two years of inside sales experience with a strong understanding of contractual and financial terms
Proven ability to analyze customer needs and identify business opportunities
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Candidates with prior experience in the UAE market will be preferred.
