ملخص الوظيفة

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Specialist to manage maintenance customers through phone engagement and ensure their needs are addressed quickly and professionally. This role also plays a key part in supporting our sales teams by generating and qualifying leads helping to drive business growth and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound and inbound telesales to core customers

  • Convert maintenance contracts renegotiate renewals and promote digital services and repair campaigns

  • Build strong customer relationships and proactively generate leads for the wider sales team

  • Prevent cancellations and manage expiring or suspended contracts

  • Handle customer queries and complaints in coordination with internal teams

  • Support collections in partnership with Finance

  • Qualify leads and schedule visits for field sales teams

  • Capture market and competitor insights

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and monitor customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate with technicians and supervisors on technical matters and opportunities

Are you the one

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field

  • At least 2 years of inside sales experience with a solid understanding of contractual and financial terms

  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and identify opportunities

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

  • Candidates with prior experience in the UAE market will be given preference.
