Job Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Executive with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in maritime logistics. The role involves coordinating international shipments managing inventory and supporting logistics operations while ensuring accuracy efficiency and cost control.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage international maritime shipments and logistics operations

Communicate effectively with shipping lines freight forwarders agents and internal teams
-
Prepare maintain and analyze logistics data using MS Excel
-
Monitor inventory levels and support inventory planning and control
-
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
-
Maintain accurate records of shipments inventory and logistics documentation
-
Support cost tracking and ensure logistics activities remain within budget
-
Address and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely manner
Requirements & Skills

Very good verbal and written English communication skills

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel

Experience or exposure to international maritime logistics

Sound understanding of inventory management processes

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
