Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy across US GCC and APAC regions.
Lead mentor and grow the TA team to meet aggressive hiring goals.
Drive employer branding candidate experience and innovative sourcing strategies.
Partner closely with business leaders to anticipate and fulfill talent needs in a fast-growth environment.

Requirements

Proven experience leading global talent acquisition in technology or professional services.
Strong understanding of regional talent markets in the US GCC and Asia.
Strategic data-driven and hands-on when needed.
