Role Summary
The Property Consultant is responsible for driving sales and leasing activities advising clients on residential properties and achieving targeted sales results while maintaining strong client relationships and market awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day sales and leasing operations.
Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct market research and stay updated on UAE property trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations.
Support strategic planning pricing and product positioning.
Requirements
24 years experience in real estate sales or leasing.
Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of UAE real estate market.
Valid UAE Driving License required.
Languages
