Job Overview
IIQAF Group is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and store operations within our Hospitality division in Dubai. The role involves receiving storing picking packing and issuing hospitality supplies ensuring smooth operations for hotels restaurants and service units.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality warehouses hotel stores or food & beverage supply operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inspect and store hospitality goods consumables and equipment
- Pick pack and issue materials to hotels kitchens restaurants and departments
- Maintain accurate inventory records stock cards and system entries
- Assist with stock counts audits and reconciliation
- Ensure proper storage labeling and FIFO practices
- Support loading and unloading of deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness hygiene and safety standards in warehouse areas
- Coordinate with procurement F&B and operations teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate Store Assistant or Storekeeper
- Experience in hospitality hotel or F&B warehouses preferred
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
- Ability to handle manual work and repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel or inventory systems)
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling food items beverages or hotel supplies
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
