Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee interior fit out projectsincluding residential F&B and retail spacesacross the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise excellent site coordination skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daytoday site operations for fit out projects from mobilization to handover.
Manage site teams subcontractors and suppliers to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines.
Ensure all works comply with project specifications drawings and UAE building regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate with Project Managers Designers QS teams and Clients for smooth project execution.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports progress updates and documentation.
Manage site materials logistics and procurement followups as required.
Resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and company safety policies.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager within the Fit Out industry (UAE experience preferred).
Proven track record delivering residential F&B or retail interior projects.
Strong leadership communication and stakeholdercoordination skills.
Solid understanding of construction drawings detailing and site execution techniques.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and handle fasttrack project timelines.
Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approval processes (e.g. Dubai Municipality DCD Trakhees).
Immediate availability is mandatory.
