Job Summary
Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nanny to join an Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNWF). This position requires a professional who can provide exceptional care for children while ensuring a nurturing and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong background in childcare catering to the unique needs of a high-profile family.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and personalized care for the children ensuring their safety emotional well-being and development.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and growth in a creative and engaging manner.
- Establish and maintain daily routines for the children including meals naps and educational activities.
- Assist with homework and educational projects supporting the childrens academic progress.
- Coordinate playdates and extracurricular activities ensuring that all schedules are managed effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding childrens daily activities progress and any concerns.
- Handle light housekeeping tasks related to the childrens spaces including laundry organization and cleanliness.
- Travel with the family as needed ensuring the children are cared for in various settings.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding family matters and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a nanny or childcare provider preferably with UHNWF or high-profile families.
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate educational practices.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both children and parents.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and travel with the family if required.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards childcare.
Benefits
Salary: AED 4000 - AED 5000 (Live-in)
