- Sales Account Manager – Applications (Microsoft)
Location: Dubai
Budget – Between 15k-20k
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential new clients
- Manage sales targets and critical path
- Upselling
- Prospect and generate leads to approach and convert to business.
- Assist our Key customers in UAE in defining their technology strategy focusing on Microsoft and other focused products.
- Develop the compliments and support technology discussions with Platform Partners.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders demonstrating an understanding of the customers’ needs.
- Identify upselling opportunities throughout for different services to cultivate diverse revenue streams.
- Convey client requirements to the technical team and other stakeholders as required.
- Take ownership of the accounts you are managing including pitching onboarding training documentation financial follow-up and coordination and monthly performance updates.
- Daily weekly and monthly reporting to Sales Manager.
- Be the main contact with all assigned clients and maintain a good relationship with them
- Develop strong relationships with clients and potential clients through regular communication conference calls and market visits
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform knowledge is essential. (Microsoft Sales experience is required)
- Strong technical knowledge in CRM and ERP applications.
Qualifications
- 5-7 Years of experience in IT Application Sales
- Strong Technical background in IT in the Application segment.
- Proven track record in managing clients and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Drives successful outcomes through collaboration influence and partnership in a complex environment
- Team player with good discipline organized way of working and ability to work autonomously;
- Passionate self-starter with personal drive and ambition;
- Ability and desire to succeed in a diverse multicultural environment across varied geographies and team
- Willingness to travel as required.
