• Youll take pride in delivering exceptional service during events and banquets ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience
• You will support the smooth day-to-day operation of banqueting events including conferences weddings meetings and private functions ensuring service is delivered to the highest standards.
• You will be responsible for welcoming guests professionally assisting with seating and providing attentive courteous service throughout each event.
• You will assist with the setup and breakdown of banqueting spaces including table layouts linen event equipments etc.
• You will ensure all banqueting areas are presented immaculately before during and after events maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• You will be attentive to guest needs during events responding promptly and professionally to any requests or queries.
• You will assist with stock handling clearing service areas efficiently and ensuring equipment is handled with care.

• You have a talent for delighting guests by leading a team of passionate individuals and striving for excellence.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• As a detail orientated and hands-on team player with strong interpersonal skills you will thrive on mentoring high potential team members to achieve better results and celebrate success within the team.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic Italian French Spanish or German are highly desirable.
• You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels in the Middle East.
