MECHANICAL BIM MODELER
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
-
Develop accurate 3D BIM models for HVAC plumbing and firefighting systems using Revit and related software.

Produce shop drawings layouts and schematics from BIM models.

Ensure compliance with project specifications GCC regulations and international standards (ASHRAE NFPA etc.).

Coordinate with architects structural and electrical teams to resolve clashes.
-
Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and implement resolutions.
-
Attend coordination meetings and support seamless integration with other disciplines.
-
Prepare accurate As-Built BIM models and documentation for project handover.

Deliver high-quality BIM outputs within deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
-
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling with at least 2 years on GCC projects.

Proven experience with design consulting firms in the Middle East.

Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
-
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC piping firefighting).
-
Familiarity with GCC authority standards (DEWA SEWA ADM etc.) and international codes.

Strong teamwork coordination and communication skills.
-
Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.
