This role supports our Global Regulatory Affairsinitiativesas we build and strengthen our new RA documentation system.
What You Will Do
Collect organize and verify regulatory documents and data requested by the Global RA team.
Populatemaintain and routinely update a master Excel tracking sheet with high accuracy.
Ensureall documents are labeled structured and filed in alignment with RA requirements.
Follow up with internal stakeholders on pending or missing documents.
Support administrative tasks related to regulatory compliance and documentation.
Contribute to strengthening data quality and consistency for the new RA System.

Minimum Qualifications
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel (data entry formatting sorting filtering).This isa must.
Strong and fast typing skills with high attention to detail.
Good command of English (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship or academic exposure to Regulatory Affairs Quality Life Sciences or related fields.
Experience handling structured documentation or data management systems.
