Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet quality standards timelines and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules budgets and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and industry standards
- Negotiate with vendors and contractors to optimize project resources and costs
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience (15 years) in bridge Construction Management and/or project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera or similar tools)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and handle changing priorities
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Arabic speaking preferred for coordination with the client
- Proven experience with RTA projects for bridges construction civil structure construction or Maintenance.
