Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Painting Supervisor with strong UAE site exposure to oversee painting works on construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities ensuring quality standards and managing painting teams to deliver work on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage painting works for residential commercial and industrial projects
Coordinate daily activities of painters and subcontractors on site
Ensure surface preparation painting application and finishing meet project specifications
Monitor work quality safety and productivity on site
Coordinate with site engineers project managers and other trades
Plan manpower materials and tools to meet project timelines
Prepare daily progress reports and handle site inspections

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Painting Supervisor
Strong knowledge of painting materials methods and finishes
Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
