Job Summary
Apt Resources is seeking a talented and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at an esteemed upmarket casual restaurant in Dubai. As a Restaurant Supervisor you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience while ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations ensuring a seamless service flow from the front-of-house to the kitchen.
- Supervise train and support the restaurant staff inspiring them to provide top-notch service to guests.
- Manage scheduling staff performance and employee relations to cultivate a positive work environment.
- Monitor service standards and customer feedback continually seeking ways to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings and specials that align with customer preferences.
- Oversee inventory management including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations implementing best practices for sanitation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a proactive manner maintaining the restaurants reputation for excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations trends and high standards of customer service.
- Exceptional leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining standards.
Benefits
