Job Summary

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Market Understanding:
    Conduct market research to gain insights into the needs and preferences of families seeking childcare and related services in the UAE.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and key decision-makers through effective communication and tailored interactions.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
    Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives that effectively showcase our services.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
    Negotiate terms and agreements with clients ensuring alignment with their expectations and childcare needs.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries addressing concerns and maintaining regular follow-ups with clients.
  • Market & Industry Awareness:
    Stay up to date with industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Target Achievement:
    Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals within agreed timelines.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities pipeline progress and achievements for management review.



Requirements

  • Must be an Emirati (UAE National) with a valid Family Book
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong sales mindset with a results-driven and self-motivated attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and customer-care skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
