Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Exhibition & Marketing Coordinator to manage execute and promote trade shows exhibitions and corporate events. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with marketing expertise to enhance brand visibility engage stakeholders and ensure seamless event execution.

Responsibilities:

Plan coordinate and manage exhibitions trade shows and corporate events from concept to execution.
Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to maximize event visibility and attendance.
Liaise with vendors contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Manage event budgets schedules logistics and on-site execution.
Prepare promotional materials presentations and exhibition displays.
Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
Ensure consistent and professional representation of the company brand across all events.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Event Management Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in exhibitions trade shows or marketing events.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
