Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy covering brand awareness lead generation and community engagement.
Plan platform-specific content strategies for Facebook Instagram TikTok Snapchat LinkedIn and YouTube.
Analyze industry trends competitor activities and audience insights to optimize performance.
Manage and mentor a team of 15 social media executives content creators designers and community managers.
Assign tasks review output and ensure timely delivery of content campaigns and reports.
Build a high-performance culture focused on creativity quality and accountability.
Oversee and coordinate with digital marketing agencies for content production ad campaigns influencer collaborations and analytics.
Evaluate agency performance and ensure deliverables are aligned with brand standards and KPIs.
Plan run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram) Snapchat Ads TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms.
Monitor daily campaign performance allocate budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
Conduct A/B testing audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.
Guide the creation of high-quality social media content including videos reels static creatives stories and carousels.
Ensure communication is aligned with brand positioning especially in the luxury and premium real estate segment.
Work with design and video teams to produce engaging visually elevated content.
Track KPIs across all platformsreach engagement conversions leads CPL and ROI.
Prepare weekly monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Use insights to continuously improve strategy and execution.
Work closely with Sales CRM Branding and Product Teams to align marketing messaging with project objectives.
Collaborate on launch campaigns for new real estate projects or premium commercial spaces.
Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Prior experience managing a team of 10 members and handling external digital agencies.
Expertise in Meta Ads Snapchat Ads TikTok Ads and performance-driven campaign management.
Strong portfolio demonstrating work in the real estate and luxury office space sector (mandatory).
Excellent communication leadership analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of digital trends algorithms and platform best practices.
Experience with tools like Meta Business Manager Google Analytics Snapchat Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager Hootsuite and similar platforms.
