Job Summary
- Position: Gauge man
- Work location: Project wise
- Salary: Based on experience
- Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
-
Measure test and monitor asphalt thickness levels density and alignment during paving operations.

Operate and maintain gauges and measuring tools to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Record measurements and prepare daily reports for quality assurance.

Assist engineers and supervisors in monitoring asphalt laying activities.
-
Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed on-site.
-
Report any discrepancies defects or quality issues to the site engineer or project manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 35 years of experience as a Gauge Man in road construction / asphalt projects.

Strong knowledge of asphalt paving compaction methods and quality control standards.

Familiarity with road construction equipment and project site procedures.

Ability to read and interpret drawings specifications and technical requirements.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Must be available in UAE and ready to join immediately.
Preferred:

Previous experience with civil and infrastructure projects.
-
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
