Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Electrician to support electrical installation and maintenance work across construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist licensed electricians with wiring electrical fittings troubleshooting and site preparation ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in electrical construction and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with electrical installations wiring and cabling
- Support installation of switches sockets lighting and panels
- Prepare tools materials and work areas at construction sites
- Follow electrical drawings and supervisor instructions
- Help with testing and troubleshooting electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE electrical safety standards and site regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Support preventive maintenance and repair tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Electrician Electrician Helper or Electrical Technician Assistant
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems tools and safety practices
- Ability to work in a construction site environment
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work shifts overtime and weekends if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Dubai or UAE construction projects
- ITI / Diploma / vocational training in Electrical (advantageous)
- Familiarity with commercial or residential electrical installations
