Network Wireless Engineer

Dream Soft LLC, a leading IT solutions provider in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a skilled Network Wireless Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise-level network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day activities related to network technology tasks

- Administer the network infrastructure to ensure smooth Business As Usual (BAU) operations

- Handle service requests, incidents, problems, and changes

- Create and maintain extensive documentation with version control

- Utilize expertise in switches, routers, voice gateways, and SDWAN solutions

- Collaborate with NOC and SOC teams to ensure infrastructure uptime and security

- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and analysis to resolve network issues promptly

- Prepare and deliver detailed reports for technology domains and ensure SLAs are met

Requirements & Skills:

- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network management

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT

- CCIE certification (Security, Datacenter, Wireless, or Collaboration)

- UAE driving license

- Proficiency in Cisco UC, Meraki, Palo Alto, VMware NSX, and other relevant technologies

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Experience with ITIL framework and ITSM ticketing tools

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take ownership of tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

- ITIL V3.0 or V4.0 certification

- Experience with Avaya, Ruckus, Huawei, Fortigate, and Imagicle technologies
